How many times have the Miyetti Allah and the Arewa Youth leader heated up the polity? Those that are caught threatening the security of this country are not picked up why must it be Sowore?

Why can’t the Judges ditch the court? Why do we all keep going to the judges when the executive don’t obey court order? Why is the Chief Justice silent when their honor is being demeaned by Buhari? Does the judiciary even have anymore value in this county?

A court of law released the guy on bail on multiple occasions and yet the DSS still had to kidnap him in front of the judge. What is democratic in that?

I’m not saying Osinbajo should alter constitution or use any undemocratic means, all I’m saying is that they are more closer to power and they should use their influence to convince Buhari and his cronies.

There are numerous things the Miyetti Allah and Arewa Yoth council have said and yet they’re not behind bars. They’ve instigated lot of hate speeches that requires DSS to pick them up but none of them is in jail so why should it be Sowore?

If Osinbajo keep quiet and fail to work in the background to free this guy from this tyranny then I am ashamed of him as a Yoruba blood!

The VP and all the folks involved work at the pleasure of the president and last time I checked, the VP is not the president and he can not usurp the presidents power and authority when it comes to the independent institutions under the presidency.

The president hired the head of the DSS and the same head of the DSS answer to the president, not to the VP.

Tinubu is a private citizen so why ask him to intervene in official government issues?

Bro if you check my earlier post you will see that I never said Tinubu or Osinbajo can release Sowore on their own. How would I say that when they are not the president!

However what I said is that Osinbajo can intercede on Sowore’s behalf and convince Buhari to thread softly coz the action of the DSS today speaks bad about the APC government itself.

@the boded, I won’t agree with you. Tinubu is not a private citizen like us, he’s an APC leader and he is part and parcel of this government.

What we are advocating for is not undemocratic, you’re just trying to twist the word or maybe you misinterpreted me. If it has gotten to an extent where Tinubu and Osinbajo can’t even advise or try to talk to Buhari on some issues then that means we are in trouble.

What happened today should baffle all the APC leaders, it’s a shame that this is happening tbh.
