If you have been awarded LSS and looking for admission, just come to ABU Zaria and apply. Tell them you are sponsored by PTDF and you will surely get admission.

Hi,

Please i having a difficulty applying because i dont have NIN. My place is to apply for use PTDF for a PhD because and not in Nigeria.

On checking the ptdf website where the verifyme link was attached, i checked it and noticed BVN was accepted for personal verification. Please can i use that as an alternative to NIN?

I'm not sure but I think you can. Try to get your NIN though as soon as possible.

How can i get NIN when I'm not in the country? Can the BVN identity be used as listed in the verifyme link...? Is it possible to get an NIN in absentia? How will i get NIN without biometrics? Can i send biometrics from my location to Nigeria for the NIN?

Hello Guys, I got a congratulatory email earlier today asking me to update my details on the scholarship.ptdf.gov.ng and to print the acceptance form, bio-data and consent form.

The email stated that I got the undergraduate award instead of MSc. When I logged in, it clearly shows the MSc award though...

I don't know if anybody has gotten the email from ptdf with a similar challenge.

Because of the project topic that was approved was on Human Activity Recognition and Health Monitoring for Overweight Control, and It has already been approved. Should I go ahead with the project or change the research area?

Nobody says your project must be related to oil and gas. But it should be so you reference letter when you apply for another Ptdf scholarship

I am a graduate of mechanical engineering but presently teaching in a public primary school in Kaduna state. I currently register for PDE which without it we will be sacked ( December deadline for unqualified teachers). Iam one of the Msc local awardees, the just released list. I can't combine the two (Msc and pde). I don't want to loose the two either. I want to retain my teaching job because my family depends on it. the questions that worried me are:
1. Can I defer the Msc Lss to 2021 without admission letter
2. if yes, how can I defer it.
