How come Chelsea don't go to the inferior leagues to scout for talents like they did with Lukaku, Debruyne, Mo Salah, Ivanovic ,Christensen and Courtois instead of spending fortunes on overrated Jorginho, Bakayoko, Drink water, Pulisic and Kepa?
The club needs to get their scouts out there and save the club from overspending on overhyped players like Sancho, Zaha and Chill well.
Pedro, Giroud, Alonso, Zouma, Barkley, Caballero and Van ginkel have served the club in their various capacities, letting them go for a squad refresh won't be a bad idea.
As for Fikayo and Reece James, i think a season long loan in one of the mid table teams in the EPL would boost their confidence and do their Chelsea careers a world of good.
