I don't really prepare for exams, cos they are basic calculations and English question. If u are struggling with workforce questions I will advise you to:

1. go back to study jss3 to ss3 mathematics, most questions are centered around them with just a little tweak.

2. You need Ur speed to be top notched don't spend time on difficult questions, then when u run out of time u can guess the rest.

3. Be confident, because lack of it kills even brilliant people. Don't allow previous failures to affect you

4. Pray! Pray!! Pray!!!

The only advice i have for you is to hone ur mental math skill...to do well in workforce numerical/quant questions, u need to be able to identify when to do estimate calculation and actual calculation. Base on my observation on the workforce test I have written, about half in quant questions can be done correctly just with rough calculation. So it is advisable not to waste ur time trying to solve a questions say 12.334*1.223 with option a) 15.08 b)15.07 c)15.06. For a question like this, you can't get it right with rough calculation. U definitly need to do actual math as can notice the options were too close. In my opinion, to do well in wf test, guess as much question as this and focus on those u can solve within a very short time.

Again, Wf verbal reasoning aren't that hard. U just need to do more practices.

This is the stage folks would come with past questions to sell by sending emails or clicking a link. But the ugly truth for anyone that has been through workforce aptitude test knows that there is no past questions for them. Instead, what you can do to help yourself is to find recent GMATH past questions booklet (usually in PDF) and revise the quantitative, verbal and logical reasoning very well. Also go online and find websites to read and practice abstract reasoning tests. There are videos on YouTube too.

This is probably the first biggest stage of the recruitment process and only those that put in effort would make it through, maybe luck for those who believe in it.

Making it through can be done by practising and being confident ahead of time. Test won't be funny, especially since it's workforce.

Most likely to be a 50 questions, 50 minutes test
Try not to take more than 45s for most of your questions to save up extra seconds for where there'll be comprehension passages.

Have tried to provide link to a 2018 official GMAT practice guide here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/157K37i8H_NLItwYmN1p1nKkeGl4TIFlG/view?usp=drivesdk

Here's another one that's also popular for workforce tests:

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fppqyrrz0r27bcd/AACSfJRfAGIH5AdBLwxruOhja?dl=0

(Note abstract reasoning isn't part of the booklet so hustle that one online or on YouTube)

Folks telling you to buy past questions take them for free online and want to sell it for you, inside life grin

There's not enough time and you got a test of how workforce do with assessments in the online test, the offline won't be easier. But with constant practice, you'll be in the next stage.

Hopeful to be available for the next stage. And try to quote this comment to be on every page of this thread so no one misses to read it. Might be helpful, who knows lol

Ciao
