There's SAED programme for corpers and there are lots of loans given to ex corpers while using their certificate as a collateral and lots of them failed repayment... So tell me what do you need again?

Empowerment is the key if poverty and unemployment are ready to be done away with not monthly stipend.Let FG organised training for some period of time for he unemployed youths after which substantial capital will be given in form of grant to start up in entrepreneurial skill of their choices.

Yes... Salary

Nigeria is a country with planless leaders. Am not an economist, but with my little knowledge that I acquired when in secondary school, I know that SMEs to a very large extent contributes to the development of middle class economy like Nigeria. However kudos to Sen Ekweremadu for at least having a feeling for the jobless youth, but he can also start with his constituents. A 10% cut in his take home can empower at least 10people.

Make the system or economy working, put basic infrastructures in place, Nigerians are intelligent. Give them capital and training on their skill or profession of choice and you would see how Nigeria will be better. Stipends help but it's not a better solution. Thumb up to the three senators for speaking up for the youths. Take a look at Kigali Rwanda
