Chelsea legend Ashley Cole has urge, Frank Lampard, to sign Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell.

Chelsea was given the go-ahead to sign players during the coming January transfer window after their transfer ban was cut short.

Frank Lampard is now looking to bring in more players as he looks to strengthen his side. One of his main targets is said to be Ben Chilwell of Leicester City and Ashley Cole has now advised his former teammate to go for the high flying left-back.

Speaking with talkSPORT, Cole revealed his love for the Leicester City man and why he thinks Frank Lampard should go all out for him.

Alonso is a very good left back, the tasks for him is just too much... 2 and 3 are the most stressed position under Frankie... You people will see what I mean when Chilwell comes... Thank God for Az and James but for Emieras and Alonso, I feel for them , that wing is most stressing because of Frankie patern
