Don't be surprise those criminals will be set free in less than 12months... Harden criminals deserve harsh penalties, even if it means sentencing them to death. Remove the bad eggs from the society.. So the good ones can have peaceful place to stay. But our government will put them in a good for nothing rehabilitation, how can you rehabilitate criminals, killers, etc, (e.g, Boko_Haram)...
