Your sense of reasoning if far below average. Injecting him while under your custody? Anything could go wrong and DSS won't be able to defend themselves since he is under their care.......injection like that are normally given during release so the person goes home and die slowly.

i want to believe if ones detention is heavily publicized and one has a good lawyer,medical check ups are called on after beign released and i believe sowore was released to his lawyer a day before the court incidence.

If the above is true then they wont want to do anything to his health before release,. but the question is ,. if he was injected with a substance and was arranged by Dss they wouldn't have bothered taking him back ...cos that's liability to them
