11 Million naira is too small for such a training. Recommending someone like Duncan Mighty was another unreasonable thing to do. Entertainment has gone professional and there are many Art schools to carry out such training except the past government thought that professional entertainment knowledge can be acquired through apprenticeship which is more common with people in that part of the country.
