There's nothing that can't be worked around, it's gonna take some time though. The key would be adding top quality in vital areas to compliment a "well organized" team(hopefully), and arsenal can definitely afford that.
Do you think 45m can by one top player? Arsenal needs top players in 6-7 positions in their starting line up, and it will take 4 years to excess failure to achieve that. Pep bought good players when he came to man city, they flopped, and the next summer he discarded them and bought new ones, arsenal cannot afford that

True, but there are definitely more sustainable models we could follow... Like Ajax's, and Atl. Madrid's. Our scouts would definitely need to be on their A-game in order to snatch promising talents. If I'm not mistaken, arsenal is richer than the two clubs I mentioned. We can definitely keep our best players when we're in the position to challenge for titles. Honestly, I don't want us to follow Man. City's model because it's not sustainable.

Just imagine an English team winning UCL like Madrid of Spain. Or England winning the World cup. We won't hear word again. They will start telling us how Sterling and Kane are Better than Messi and Lewandowski grin

let the man prove his world class by winning the champion league without messsi.
you're so dumb oo
without pep how many time bayern no collect there league ode! wetin special he do there?
in man city- go check list of players he bought and you're crying he won the league even without coach self the team will won the league if the club buy players pep bought but may not be back to back. he never reach semi final there for champion league.
i trust my world class coach jose.if he got what pep got both in league and champion league he would have done something special again.
pep done nothing special in champion league since he left messsi and barca.

you can prove me wrong!
And why didn't Jose Mourinho win UCL with Madrid with all stars he had and Chelsea where he was able to spend. The way some of u argue football make me feel we are in a country where mad people get access to internet

at Barca then they do win without a coach same as Bayern d former coach already won everything in the previous season including the ucl and in other clubs they promote their youth players to fill in the gap u can't tell me those boys are not good seeing the likes of Sancho Foden And Diaz he has spent close to 500 m in 3years + how much dem buy d city sef how much klopp don spend sef
Mr man Barça didn't win anything in Frank Rijkaard last season 07/08 before Pep took over. He actually overhaul the team by selling deco, thuram, zambrotta, Ronaldinho etc and putting faith in unknown players like Pedro, Busquet, Pique. His highest signing that season was Daniel Alves from Sevilla for 32m. And Alves wasn't even noticed as at then cos Maicon was even benching him in Brazil. At least if u want to criticize a coach, u should be able to criticize with fact not lies

You can list Sir Alex Ferguson ACHIEVEMENTS in UCL for me in his 26yrs reign as coach of the most successful English team. An unknown José Morinho dumped his superstar team in 2004. And unknown Pep Guadiola killed his team in 2009 and 2011. He won just 2 UCL in more than 20 years. And u people in England still has the gut to call Pep a flop. Someone who won 2 UCL in 10yrs of been a manager. Hypocrisy kills

Arsenal are not good when it comes to scouting players, I know how many players they have missed on in the past 15 year
