Have typed my user name and password correctly still no luck. Have put in email so as to change my old password still no luck Pls what do I do mod? |

Login via email and try forgot password... You should be able recover your account except it has been deactivated. |

kenfarm:In fact I have the same problem when i replaced my lost phone. I couldn't log in with my old login name. After trying severally without success, I had to open a new account today. I think the process of recovering a lost account is cumbersome. |
