Out of habit, I run image searches on most photos I see online and the search I did on the car photos led me to the site below. That's where the dashboard and leather seats photos were copied from. From the description, it's a Tokunbo benz and certainly wasn't delivered by Mercedes. Mercedes probably had to post that confusing tweet after getting multiple tags and had no choice but to wish the celebrant happy birthday.
