Jakande did not build Adiyan waterworks, it was built in 1914 before Jakande was born.

Even if he did anything to increase the daily capacity to the 18.16 million you are talking about, Fashola built his own Adiyan phase 2 with 70 million gallons, the largest in Nigeria and over 3 times more than what you claimed Jakande built.

Sadly, Ambode abandoned the project and fortunately, Sanwo Olu is completing the project.
