Hello Nairalanders,

Truth is Ecobank pays one of the highest interest rates on savings accounts, if not the highest. As a matter of fact, of all my Savings account, I get the highest interest rates on my Ecobank savings account.

With her suite of high yielding savings accounts such as the Super Savers Account (SSA), Save as you spend (SAYS), Targeted Savings Account,(TSA), XtraSavers account, Xpress accounts, etc, u can earn up to [/b]6% per annum. What's more? U can even apply for a personal loan without any paperwork when u open an XtraSavers account.

At the tip of ur fingers, u can open an XtraSavers account by dialing *326# and follow the prompts. Alternatively, u can visit www.ecobank.com or your nearest Ecobank branch today.

Acidosis:
sad sad 6% is high interest rate? Where men dey get 17-19% on Fixed Deposits?

Please look beyond tier-1 and tier-2 banks o, else inflation (currently 11%) will swallow up everything you've ever worked for.

Ordinary OPay (PAYCOM) pays 10% per annum so why would any individual lock up funds with Diamond at 4%? That's pure m.adness. My savings account with a Microfinance bank is compounded monthly at 15% annual interest rate.

Acidosis i believe you know who i am biko contact me we need to talk oo

are you saying fund 1 generates more interest and is the best?
farem:

Thanks.
I think fund 1 is the ultimate. Every one is placed on fund 2 from Pencom.

Which one is "move from Fund I to another Fund, Micro Pension"?

Kindly talk on Fund 1 and Micro Pension.
Thanks

Money market funds will give you more than banks with the same level of security

True...
Although one may have to pay a penalty for "early" withdrawal and of course a management.

I don't know what must have led to this conclusion, but I've found Ecobank to be one of the most responsible, transparent and customer-centric banks. Whatever be ur displeasure, I'm very sure u will get appropriate redress if u channel ur queries to the right channel, e.g their call centre, LiveChat on their website or the customer service in any of their branches

Please would like to know more about this fixed deposit and which banks offer this percentage?

ALAT by Wema offers 10% per annum. FREE OF miscellaneous charges!

That's 100k interest on the first year if you deposit N1M.

The next year is now 110k cos the capital is now 1.1M.(Assuming you didn't withdraw it).

In 5 years you have at least 500k profit you never actually worked for.

Download the app on Google play to get started.

Please use the referral code UJ7WD2 as a form of thanking me for providing you this info.

Re: 5 Banks In Nigeria With High Savings Interest Rates Account by dejialam(m): 7:30am On Oct 15, 2019
Check out Owealth on the Oride app. I think you'll love it. Your interest comes in daily. No need to wait. Interest & capital can be withdrawn at any time without losing already accrued interest.
Bank transfer on the app to any bank costs just ₦10.

You can get a savings deposit account. A Savings deposit account are account mainly used by small savers for transactions and savings, they keep money in banks on the basis that they will leave it with the bank for some time before they come to withdraw it.
