My mum's a5 pro started misbehaving today. When she was trying to make a call, the screen went blank and became unresponsive. She then tried restarting it and it keeps on going on and off. What can I do to revive it

I just complimented the pourvoir 3 plus, cos comparing it to every other sub standard tecno and infinix phone, e try small. At least, amoled and 6000 mah for the price is something
