Please I want to know if there is anything like embassy legalization fee and how much is it?
yes if you are applying for a study visa you have to legalise your documents at ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of education, or get someone to do it for you. also after your visa comes out you have to legalise them again at ukraine embassy in nigeria

Actually it depends on the school you are applying to, some schools might not register you if your documents are not legalised.
As for cost budget à 100k for both
