While she was performing "try me" ,almost everyone was singing alongside and someone said "if no be Tacha,who know you"?
I was like....Tacha Issa goal!
She made that song popular when she used it for her ciroc ad.
Tems owes her big time!

So it was Tacha that made Tems get two headies nominations this year? Was it Tacha that put the track on Soundcity, MTV base and Trace TV top 10 charts? Tems was already on the rise before Tacha used her music, she has been marked as one of the talents to look out for in 2020 before the ad. The music was already a hit before it was used in the Ciroc ad, she was already getting gigs and pulling crowd. It will be very unfair to accredit her popularity to Tacha or anybody in particular, even she wouldn't like it. She earned her popularity.

One of the reasons why I love Tacha is the fact that she's not a desperado!

I hardly watch music channels but I knew and liked the song the momemt I saw it. It got a lot of airplay especially on MTV base and hip tv. The Ciroc ad did give her some publicity but she was already on the rise before her music was used

I don't watch any music channel either and I spoke for myself and some other people I have never heard of Tems or song until the ciroc ad and thanks for your honesty that it gave her some publicity which is still part of the rise to fame mantra. Which you just validated my claim that it brought out more awareness.
