Ever before, had been a style, more like a tradition by the Men in uniform either in the Military or Paramilitary ranging from Soldiers, Army, Police, Immigration, Civil Defense, Customs, and not forgetting the Correctional Officers. They all seem to have something in common which seemingly makes it a norm to drink, perhaps I would say, drink to stupor. And that is "OFFICER'S MESS" Funny when someone who doesn't, or barely drinks join these departments, they get infected by this virus. Is it an EPIDEMY? What do you make of it? Cc: Lalasticlala
