Tension pneumothorax must be the cause of death. From the position of the stab wound I strongly doubt any other thing could be the cause.

If he was managed better, he would have survived the stab. But seeing that wound is plastered close, I doubt he got the right treatment.

More should be done to improve our healthcare. So many of the deaths in this country are completely avoidable.

My point is; He would have said some hurtful and disrespectful things things in the heat of the words exchange that triggered his uncle after which he went to sleep.

Should he or his uncle had gone on silent mode before things heated up, it wouldn't have ended up this ugly.
