Good day nairlanders, I am interested in getting a tokunbo 2004/2005 Ford f150. Please anyone who has used it or has an idea about it should help me with reviews before I spend my fortune on it.

I saw your post and quickly logged on to see if my little personal experience can help you decide. I bought a salvage 2004 F150 in 2013 and I am still driving it up till now. Reason I bought it was majorly for long distance hauling and it has not disappointed me as we speak.

I am not saying it has done 6yrs without repairs oo. Of course it is a mechanical object and repairs are part of it bought the parts are readily available especially in Ojuelegba, Lagos. I full street dedicated to American cars and parts.

Anyway, I try to love-vendor mine from time to time oo and it's my most beloved car to date. Attached are the AT tyres and latest F150 wheels I just installed as the latest love-vendor. If you like the car go for it. Ford are the best world renowned truck manufacturers, I doubt if you can go wrong choosing them.

If you want I can attach the salvage pictures from 6yrs ago maybe it would further help you appreciate how strong these trucks are and what this one actually went through to be here today.

I bought it with shipping down was like 1m then another 400k to clear. Just remember this was way back 2013, before the skyrocketing of car prices in naija due to Dollar jump.

Now repairs added let's some up everything at 2m. It was a good deal for me at the time and if I am to live it all over again I will buy the car every time.
