Are you male or female?

Our hair sheds daily but losing over 20 strands without or with minimal manipulation (from braids/weaves and the likes) might be a sign of an autoimmune condition.

Or did you switch to a different product? If you did, you should check that the hair really is shedding and not just breaking off.

You can tell by checking for an opaque/white bulb on either end. If you notice a bulb, it is definitely shedding.

If you don't, your hair could be breaking from a product change or the dry weather. (if it's the latter, then your hair clearly needs more/regular moisture)

I just don't know. Just read everything I wrote again carefully especially the part about "shedding or breaking".
