ENEMYOFGOD6: You guys need to enlighten yourselves. Budget doesn't mean money; budget is a plan of how money will be spent if it eventually comes. No Nigerian state executes the budget up to 100% because most states rarely generate up to the projected figures and lots of the budgeted funds are looted. Our politicans never tell us the percentage of the previous year's budget that was achieved before coming again to give us bogus figures in the name of a budget. Surprisingly, some persons are celebrating it. Saying that Nigeria has a long way to go is definitely an understatement... 6 Likes 1 Share |

valuedammy: There are 5 light-railway lines, access roads from Dangote Refinery, Oshodi interchange, many ferries , Badagry expressway, 4th mainland bridge, finishing of a very big rice mill. If they spend this amount of money for the next 4 yrs they will finish all these projects. |
