Yeah You can apply to be at the safer side because some schools close their admission earlier but it’s not compulsory like German applicants that’s a must to apply for admission 2ru daad. ptdf will still fix things up for scholars outside from Germany.. Tho i applied for admission to the first choice of university I chose in France during the time of my application

You got it bro. During 2018 interview O'level was not scored for PhD applications but for Msc I don't know. I didn't see any logic in scoring O'level for PhD applicants. But then no problem. We will keep trying our luck with hardwork and prayers hoping to get the PhD Award next year by the grace of the Almighty.
I pray O'level scoring will b dropped next year.

Yes. But that is when you get the award. Or you may decide to go ahead with the admission applications.

i guess your A.transcript has 3pages. scan each page, take each page to resize-photos.com upload the pix one after the other and adjust the provided slide button to about 25 or thereabout, click on resize and then download the products. take all the resized pics to docupub.com and merge. you will have something you can work with. All of you selecting Germany/DAAD for Msc should bear in mind that for DAAD sponsorship, your first degree must not be older than 6yrs. Otherwise, choose any of China, Malaysia or Singapore.

it clearly says last degree! It means ur first degree can be more than 6 years but Master degree shouldn't be! By the way, is Singapore included now? I thought it China, France, Germany and Malaysia.
