African history is the reality that all the rest of the world copied the core of their technological and knowledge based ideas. i.e Architecture, Art, Astrology, Astronomy, Commerce, Engineering, Geography, Literacy, Numeracy, Mathematics, Metallurgy, Philosophy, The Medical Sciences, The Physical Sciences e.t.c

They used our legacy to enhance themselves, we can use our legacy to enhance ourselves as well.

Today you seem to extol lmhotep and lmhotep alone, but after isaac Newton, there have been many in the west who also did great things e.g Albert Einstein. So it is not enough to have knowledge but the means and desire to spread this knowledge to the common man.
Religions like christianity and islam embrace all men, and all they have to do is proclaim faith. Such religions were used as tools to create civilisations where they seemed to believe they were all equal as long as they were of thesame faith, so things like the printing press were created so that knowledge can pass down to the common men and weak in society, not just the leaders and the priests.

Nigerians have their pastors, spiritual fathers, and the likes today whom they revere so much. lf there was no Christian religon and we were never colonised, then of course we would have turned to our pagan myths. l do not doubt what you say, but as the owners of the legacy, we should have built on it and shown traces of massive scientific developments in Ethiopia, Egypt, Kenya, Sudan, lfe, Benin Kingdom, etc thousands of years ago like 1000AD when Europe and Arabia had not come to us yet, that's my argument.
But although we had technological achievements, great empires, artistic works, and some form of science, we did not invent the gun powders, computers and aeroplanes first, nor did we invent the atomic bombs or at least machines that helped commercialize farming or produce industrial revolutions. Your problem is that you are limiting your view to become afrocentric. This was also the mistake of the great Chinese empire. Yes l agree we can start again, but l don't think becoming a black supremacist is the answer. l think first it is important we go back to history and our origins to learn our ways and science, but after doing this, we must also understand that no culture can have it all. Europe stole from us according to you, then we can also steal from them too if need be. Perhaps God has deposited something in every race/culture.

My brothers and sisters, we have a glorious history, we have conquered many strange thoughts, conquered countless situations, we have scalled the highest mountains in order to reach our goals, we have vanquished false ideologies that came up against our Afrobeats, we have torn down enemy flags that our competitors planted in vain, we have died and suffered for the sake of glory.
