One thing I dislike about this vehicle, is the window glass, the car maker fail wholefully in that aspect, travelling wit your family on this car, without a working AC is suicidal

You're talking about the last row windows? The front and backseat windows can be wound up and down, that's enough to circulate air round the entire car. Nothing suicidal about it

I don't think there is any problem with ventilation in this vehicle.

Absolutely nothing. The car used to load passengers for long distance trips and nobody has ever suffocated by sitting on the back row.
