Exactly what was on my mind. This is where any change or amendment should happen. The AG remains the chief prosecutor of the federation and should maintain oversight of the EFCC and ICPC while the Minister for Justice deals with the politics of the ministry without touching any investigation or prosecution issues. That way, any political colouration or interference is drastically reduced.

Amend The Constitution to decentralise the current Unitary Federal Presidential System to our 36 Constitutional States Autonomous Control of their Police, Resources and Elections, you don't talk.
