Is ogun state now issuing c of o's.
As at the last admin it was a case of not being issued aside from home charter.

even as at then the normal processes aside home owner charters was on even up till now. Home owners was just cheapest that was initiated by previous regine. Contact me anytime for search or any other land title documentations

ratification is the documentation that leads to c of o on any land that is under govt acquisition. We have ratifiable and non ratifiable acquisition. Ratifiable lands can get c of o and building approval. Non ratiable known as commited land cannot get c of o nor building approval. You know the land use act vested all lands in every states in the hand of the sitting govnor of that state accord to the Act of 1978
