The entire Akwa ibom /Calabar area is one mega city and divided into 6 districts: Calabar West, Calabar East, Calabar North, Calabar South, Calabar Central, Akwa beach .

Zoning laws and buildings codes: West is industrial district, East and South are Commercial districts, Central is administrative district, North is Agriculture, Akwa Beach or Akwa city is entertainment and recreational district with Zoo, Amusement parks, Casino, etc.

All districts are also residential, but will be predominately what they're designated for.

Where will cross river get all this, only through resource control can this be achieve before 2030, and it can only be done by oil producing States like Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa ibom and Delta. And only if they have good leaders with vision and continuity will this be achieve. Most of what you listed up there have already been achieved by almost all the countries in the European Union, the USA, Canada, Australia, Qatar, Kuwait etc

Them don already start to calculate their gain should Nigeria splits and the SS oil is ceded to SS. By 2040 Nigeria will be no more, hence the plan.

We're only getting started. imagine renaming Akwa Ibom to Calabar north, south, West like are you alright?? Can't the south south coexist together like the UAE with each region developing at its own pace without the need to encroach on another's autonomy??
