What has APC got to do with election of PDP candidate? No PDP candidate is challenging the candidacy of Ihedioha therefore it is dumb on the part of APC to do.

I do not think re-run in entire Imo State is legally desirable. If any re-run, it could be in certain local government areas.

1. Ihedioha did not satisfy the two third spread that is constitutionally required but the first runner up nwosu has been disqualified so that may no longer matter.its complicated.araraume also has a case against him.uzodinma has a strong case bordering on inec omitting his scores from 388 polling units which if added will make him winner.one of the judges at the appeal court declared him winner.

2. Concerning uzodinma,i think i have answered you in question one.with the two third spread now untenable,uzodinma case on wrongful collation is solid.

3. with nwosu disqualified,aa is out of the race.its now pdp,apga and apc.i dont know much about araraume's case.but if ihedioha loses,the likely beneficiary will be uzodinma.

Uzodinma is not just challenging the election based on just the spread but also that his results from 388 units were omitted.based on the supreme court judgment in zamfara,nwosu votes are now wasted and nonexistent and no longer in contention.if uzodinma is declared winner if results omitted are added,he may have fulfilled the spread

Am going to explain it carefully but i hope you are reasonable to understand me.please,let it not be that i wasted my time.if you dont agree with my points,say so with good reasons.

The supreme court judgment on the abia polls yesterday has now entrapped the supreme court and put them in a tight spot because it will come into play in imo.in abia,the supreme course defined over voting as a situation where votes cast is more than the registered voters in an area not whether it is more than accredited voters according to card readers.but inec usually sees overvoting as a situation whereby votes cast or valid votes exceed accredited voters.

Uzodinma claims that inec did not add his votes from 388 polling units if when added will give him 290,000 votes.inec said could not explain or produce counter results meanwhile hope produced unit result sheets of all the 388 units which means that the burden of proof has shifts onto inec who failed to counter those results.inec are claiming that some of those results were cancelled because of over voting and inec claimed it knew it was over voting based on card reader reports contrary to supreme court rulings.
Again,those cancellations were said to have been done at the collation level not at the polling units by presuding officers as specified by the electoral act.this is very fatal to ihedioha's case since his results are deemed regular.

Therefore based on the above,the supreme court will likely add the scores of hope in the omitted 388 units to his scores and declare him winner.i hope you understand me?
