I'd be a hypocrite if I tell you to handle you're emotions and I fail to take a setup that looks good because I'm afraid. I'm buying Gold 1553 SL 70pips Tp 200pips. Risking 3% with her.

If this sell off in gold is only part of profit taking, then I will expect gold may still run up higher, the next target will be around 1700-1730 once 1630-50 junction breaks over. I am not on that pattern yet, but I'm presently trying to do a count on the next bull pattern.

Meanwhile. I set ucad sell stop at 1.3055. If price retest 1.3100, I will move the pending sell stop appropriately too so as to minimize my risk.

What I'm yet to understand is why you guys would not just let the Loonie go up about 70pips more to my TP before all these doom prediction.
I'm buying because Usdcad ran back a bit upward just because it reached the tiny support at 1.2950...as long as trading below 1.3150 [my first TP], I still favour 1.2950 will break baxk below.

This is the daily chart, yes I can see USDCAD got back to up run from 9/2017 low@1.2060. But since then,all the up run only formed seven waves to the high around 1.3660. Seven waves means corrective formation. So I'm expecting the longer term market to retest the 2017 low before the major wave (B) is completed.
Another wave count will be a direct formation of the triangle wave (B) up but personally I'm more in favour of double zigzag count at this stage

Well a lot of USDCAD data coming later today, let's see how it shakes us.

I want GU to drop o.... Not yet for 1.32**
But with today's NFP report, we could see it fly up.

Closed both trades at 1.3060 with 210pips on the 30pips risk. 7R on this.
Doesn't make sense to hold if I expect USD weakness and GOLD strength on NFP.
