My brother, it may happen but that will be through a rerun of the election since Emeka Ihedioha did not meet the requirement of 25% in 2/3 of the local governments in the state. It gose to mean that none of them was validly elected in the first place.

I would have taken you seriously if you had said the same thing when the same supreme court gave judgment to PDP in the States they have so far declared. Or when the same supreme court nullified election APC won in zamfara and also denied them participation in Rivers state election.

I don't know about other states, as for Imo state there is no tension Supreme Court today will uphold the election of the people's governor,
Anyone that still believes that the supreme Court will nullify the Election of His Excellency Emeka Ihedioha as the Executive Governor of IMO state,
Then the person knows nothing about Politics and should stop discussing politics.

They might nullify IMO election, order a rerun where uzodinma will win thru APC means. Don't play with tanko mohd, that's why he was put there in the first place.

If they do, who will represent APC? Supreme court already decided that nwosu was d party's flag bearer and can't be substituted. Automatically, APC also is out cos they have no candidate.
