The problem with you is that you assume everything must be gargantuan.

If there is oil in Nassarawa, it would serve all of the middle belt including states like Kaduna and even Kano.

A refinery of even 20k barrels a day would be a worthwhile venture.

The only problem with Nigeria leader's is the lack vision and would give way for people that have vision to take over. North have been bless with a soil for agricultural product and farming is what generate money to many country currently and they refuse to key in agriculture and still waste money to look for oil. When it is election time they will give money to the youth and the sold out their right and will come back to complain.
