Please help me move this to FP. I sincerely need all the advice I can get right now.

I used same profile to register my 2019 UTME and Direct Entry but was fortunate to be admitted via DE, though with a different course other than the course I initially applied for.

The problem now is that I am unable to print my JAMB admission letter for the DE because I was made to understand that I need to effect a change of course first but it turns out that whenever I attempt to change course ,it keeps reflecting my UTME details, thus making it impossible.

I thereafter created a ticket at JAMB support site and was adviced to convert my UTME to DE as JAMB do not allow registration of both UTME and DE.

I yielded to the advice and went to JAMB zonal office in Benin but was told the platform is no longer available because of the 2020 UTME/DE Registration. I gave a feedback on the ticket I created and I got a reply that I should go back, that the platform is still working.

I did as I was told but the staff in the Benin zonal office insisted that it wasn't available. I am so confused and frustrated. I left secondary school in 2015 and ever since I have been struggling to get admission. Now that I am fortunate in securing one, I am met with this huddle that seems impossible to cross.

Please house, kindly help a friend cause I am desperate at this time.

Go to jamb national headquarter in bwari abuja....it will only take u few hrs

I have already been admitted on jamb caps as well as the school portal.

Seriously you used the same profile for both UTME and DE do you have sense sha? If you go to Jamb headquarters as advice you might be arrested because it's actually Illegal
