At the end of the day, if one pays visit to some of the states with higher and smaller allocation you may not see much difference.

Osun State civil servants should not only forget about minimum wages, they should also forget about payment of backlog of salaries of years they are still being owed since the tenure of Rauf Aregbesola.

They should also forget about promotion and payment of salary equal to current Grade Levels(GLs) on which they are.

Since the last promotion they had, civil servants in Osun State have not been paid in accordance with the salary structure equal to their Grade Levels. A person on level 10 is still being paid salary on Level 8, while an officer on Level 12 still continues to receive Level 9 salary.

This is the critical situation and the state of civil servants in the State for a long time now. Actually, it is not a nice time to be a civil servant in Osun State.

That's why the country will never work. In federate that's like Switzerland and rest each city and region are responsible for their resources then pay 5% to central government as tax but here the case is different.nigria will never work because is a country without plans, minimum wage is 30 thousands naira and is not up to 100 euro now so how can one survive with that in a month.yet some people here thinking they are living or are employed with 30 thousands naira
