Different opinions has been aired as regards the protest of "INCLUSION OF SKIRTS IN NYSC" for female folks. It's even ridiculous that most commentaries arguing for & against it are the "Christian folks". One needs to be very careful not to deceive anyone because Satan herself is very intelligent.

If one's faith/church did not go contrary to that then ride on, BUT it shouldn't be the reason to make caricature of those whose faith/church goes contrary to it. If Nigeria is a secular state, no individual should bring their religious acts to NYSC. If Hijab can be allowed for Muslim ladies, then those whose faith frowns at females "wearing trousers" should equally be allowed. Democracy ought to accommodate all as long as nobody's right is infringed.

please let's not get this mixed up, because right from inception in 1973, when culture and religion were not that comfortable with women putting on trousers, they used it successfully and no issues why is it now that religion or cultures are against women putting on trousers. If it is as a result of the hijab, is it that NYSC also give the women hijab, or are Christian women without hijab being prevented from serving in the northern part? if not then we should focus on other things.

Those crackheads protesting for skirt have lost it completely.

Sometimes we just fight over things that are unnecessary or irrelevant..When you have extremist in religion this is what you get.

is it every copper that participate in those drills? They shouldn't b criticized 4 wanting to put on skirts since its against their faith. Instead NYSC should give them exemption letter. They are no crack heads. They should all b accommodated
