The institution said it was unable to establish the credibility of the lady's allegation against the lecturer, yet it went ahead to relieve the latter of his employment.

Isn't that unlawful dismissal? The man might head to the industrial tribunal.

He is very cunny and cruel

Nothing is fishy here. She got suspended for indecent dressing..... This is no excuse however for the lecturer to sexually harras her.
