interesting....you cannot clearly established a case of sexual assault, the lady in question just returned from a year suspension for indecent dressing, no evidence yet the man get the boot....na wao no evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt, i smell conspiracy and set up...the girl continues her studies why the man is relieved of his job what if for a second that man was not guilty? this is scapegoating!

Ok now.why is it that only male lecturer do commit this act female lecturer never slept with their male students. Kudos to you all all female lecturers God bless you real good.

....recently in one of the schools in the northern part of the country where a student impregnated a female lecturer it was the student that was expelled...what an injustice!

....such decisions cannot be made of sentiments, no evidence means nothing happened period...the lady could have gone along and set him up to get evidence dismissing a man when it has not been proven beyond reasonable doubt is an injustice

If I were to be in that panel, you too will go!!! I don't see why ladies won't just understand that God has given us so much power in our hands. Even if you say it is her life and her body, is it not obvious that your body as it is is the weakness of many brothers? Can't you just make up your mind one day and say No, I won't make anyone fall because of me today? I am not saying rape, sexual harassment and assault should be condoned. I am saying, women should know that they have more powers to bewitch even the strongest of all men! After all, isn't it on records that the mightiest have fallen over a woman countless times? They might have been doing somethings before hence he might not know she had a different motive that day.
You will ask if she gave consent that day, hope you know a good percentage of females (including wives and girlfriends) put up a form/show of resistance every time day have sex.

Even if the girl gave consent, do you know it is wrong for a teacher to sleep with his students, just like it is wrong for a doctor to sleep with his patient, just like it is wrong for a spiritual mentor to sleep with his mentee, just like it is wrong for a lawyer to sleep with his client?
