What attracted me to him was that although he is blind, he was operating a 20 naira per minute payphone booth that was popular in Lagos in those days.

He suffered some loses and people took advantage of him by stealing from him.
As the business faded out he was out business and income for a while.


With the help of some kind-hearted people, he managed to buy this car for commercial purposes...
He had difficulties managing the driver.
The driver later abandoned the car.

Now the car is in bad shape and needs repairs.
He wants to put the car back on the road to enable him to earn income and fend for himself

The mechanic has given an estimate of 300k.

Although he is blind, he tells me he has vowed never to be go begging on the street.
He currently surviving on the goodwill of some faith-based organizations who give him food.

Please anyone will help him raise the money and car gurus in the house can offer to help him fix the car.

He should have collected the 150k and use it to start something else. It will be unwise of him to spend 300k fixing the car

I have been giving him feedback from comments here.
He said the 150 offer came 2years ago.

Advice him to sell that scrap for #200k at most n go get a fairly used Keke to eke a living for himself if he's really serious about his needs in today's Nigeria!

He can get a better car for 250k self instead of wasting a whole 300k on this skeleton.
