They do. As far as the night club is public and on Nigerian soil, if the club is private, they might/ should need a permit/warrant.
Which as you know as a Nigerian they have by the guns they carry. grin

They have every right to pick up suspects.
If that is interpreted as a raid then that's another ball game altogether.
Or are nightclubs constitutionally recognized sanctuary sites? huh
