I also noticed that Ebonyi is the most developed state in the SE.
Anambra and Enugu are both overhyped.

Ahhh...most developed Kwa. If u say road networks, I'll say yes... but talking about development in general, naaah. Save for Abakiliki the state capital, the rest of Ebonyi get k-leg. Imo is way developed

He he... They most certainly don't. But I'm only just saying that a "befitting" Govt house is the last thing anyone would think off as a sign of progress in a state. Simply because it's construction is more symbolic, than absolutely necessary, let's be honest. I just don't see anything special about them.

Not because of the Government house. Dave Umai has been making so many giant strides in Ebonyi state.
He’s constructing the government house, shopping mall, ultra modern market, fly overs (for the first time in Ebonyi), stadium and a proposed airport.
I know a family friend who was once the governor of Ebonyi state and his excuse then was that Ebonyi is a small state that gets little allocation.
Am not from Ebonyi, but the present governor has shown that a nation can flourish with the right people in power.
