She initiated the process and told me to wait for a maximum of 24hrs, I now have 4G service on my phone.

Your phone isn't the problem... Your sim isn't provisioned to receive the Glo 4G signal... I had the same issue with my glo sim.. i had to go to their care centre to resolve it.. just do the same... It just take a lil bit of time and patience... Just tell them your phone has band 28.. they will help you..

First update Ur Google services to the latest version, then run a battery calibration by discharging Ur phone to 0% then charging to 100% while phone is off (do not switch on phone during this period). Then finally if u have updates pending pls update.

I would suggest you run your device in safe mode for a few hours, if it does not restart....... The culprit are/is 3rd party apps........

Same problem here,I call their customer care and they said they'll change it but I haven't seen any changes ,it's still 3g

use GLO cafe app chat. They'll do it for you from there ASAP

I don't believe calling CC will work though.

I called them up to 4times and they kept saying it had been done.

I ended up going to their office, and it didn't take long before it worked.

my umidigi A3 got bootlooped, surprisingly I didn't flash or change anything in the rom so I took it to a repairman to help me flash me the original ROM but the idiot flashed the wrong ROM hardbricking the device, now it doesn't even boot or come on when charger is plugged in like before so my question is will changing the motherboard of the phone bring the device back to life?

No need to change mother board. He need to flash the original rom

Unscrew the phone, remove the battery flex and put it back...it should be able to connect to system for flashing again
