Efcc is populated by illiterate Fulani clansmen and don't have the kind of intelligence that they are claiming. No FBI contacted them about anything. This guy was caught in one of the Efcc raids on yahoo boys and his phones and computer were searched and the boy was probably tortured to confess his recent transactions from which efcc formed their tales by moonlight.

Email compromise can never be traced to the original hacker cause the funds are forwarded to a US picker who moves the funds to a safe account and then sends the % down through another third party who removes their own percentage before the original hacker gets 35 to 40% of funds.

3years sentence is about 1year 8months calendar calculation

Prison time is counted 24 hours. You may qualify for parole based on the crime and your behaviour and serve half the time.
