I would love to set up a classified ad website. I am focusing on properties and jobs (seperately). Now i would be happy if someone can give me an estimate on domain purchasing , hosting, setting up the website on wordpress.

It will cost you 100 - 150k.
It will cost more if you need Android / IOS application.

Dedicated Hosting with Storage of 1terabyte, SSL security, PHP laravel, Domain Name (.com preferably)
MySql Database (to store registered users information)
Email Auto responders (to send users notification when their ads are approved )

Domain - .com $11 max
Hosting - shared for a start $4 monthly. Dedicated is expensive but I'll advice you start with shared hosting when you have good traffic you move. Or use free $300 on AWS or GCP. $200 on azure. You can check Microsoft for start up also.


Web design (wordpress for MVP) - depends on developer. Cheaper ones can give you premium jobs too, don't underestimate them.
