So,he would find it offensive to be addressed as an Igbo man because he is not.
The Ika people in Delta have their identity.
The are never known as Igbo people.
Do not let the names people bear to deceive you.
Some people in a part of Edo state bear full northern names.

Ika people have their own identity just like the Nsukka man, the Ngwa man and the Abakiliki man. But they all have Igbo surnames and speak Igbo as their ancestral language. So how do you identify who is Igbo and who is not?

If the surname and language handed down to you from from your ancestors is Igbo, you can call yourself whatever you like, you are still Igbo.

Obiora is an Igbo man regardless of what ever sub-national identity he chooses

Even the king of Agbor is Ikechukwu Keagborekuzi. If the King of an area has an Igbo name, it goes a long way in telling you who his people are, unless they are a conquered people
