Who knows an app i can use to reduce frame size of a pic and make it smaller

How to resize pics:

1. Use pics resize, image resize from Playstore

2. Send the photo to your status on WhatsApp, then enter file manager, phone memory, WhatsApp, media, images, sent and upload the resized photo.

But i don't mean size like from 10mb to 2mb oo.
What i mean is to make the pic wayyyy smaller
