This land is located along Igbe road off Ijede road in Ikorodu, Lagos State. The road intercepts with the Millenium Estate Ginti. Most of the roads are all tarred, as you can see from the pictures attached below. The C of O of the land is available and its currently has no structure on it. A suitable spot for a school, church, or recreational centre. This area falls under the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Lagos State. This is an already populated area with just a few land available for sale. Most of the people living in this neighborhood are Yorubas, Igbos and very few Hausa speaking Nigerians. This is one place you can call ‘the Nigerian community’. Electricity supply here is also better compared to other part of Lagos. The area is calm and quiet. It has small businesses and artisans, shops, hotels, schools, shopping centers, and residential estates. For example the Millennium Housing Estate and Syncro Guest House are all within this neighborhood. There are 13 plots available for sale.
