Diplomatic Passports are issued to diplomats of a given country; a Diplomatic Passport in Nigeria has a red cover and is issued to diplomats of the country appointed to carry out official duties for the state in a foreign country. So ur femi is just a media spokes person and his duties ain't being done outside Nigeria. So as such no diplomatic passport for him.
