scalpersticket.com is a scam
I have made a withdrawal request of $80.36 from my account on30/12/2019 which have deducted from my account but not credited to my bitcoin address up till now. It is a pity that scalpersticket has turned to scam. They deliberately avoid my complaints both chat and email I sent them. People should beware of scalpersticket scam

Please avoid adturbine.org for now, i do deals on them but they have recently refused to pay withdrawals too

Thanks.

His username is enough to scare you off grin. Something disaster...

By the way, send his other details such as bank account number, social media profiles etc

Edited:

I just took my time to read the argument, and I think it is too early to conclude. I await the accuser to tell his part of the story.

Edited 2: despite the disaster in the username, nothing negative is found against the moniker. Perhaps, he has a reason for naming himself something disaster.

HOW TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY IF ANYBODY SCAM YOU ONLINE

Many Nigerians don't always know what to do when they get scammed online, so today we are sharing with you things you should do when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods scams you:

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (IG and WhatsApp or FB).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text)

4. copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

5. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank the scammer uses), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

6. If you can, print out all those chats with the scammer, and submit it. While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (ethicsoffice@cbn.gov.ng OR anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng.) Copying CBN fraud desk will force the bank to take it up fast.

What should you expect after you take the steps above?

The suspected scammer’s bank account will be PLACED ON HOLD. Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw money from their account until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the Police and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money to you.

I appreciate your sense of humour

IN a nutshell, I did a TV (32 Samsung smart tv) transaction with the lady that called for my attention

She actually bought it for her parent

After few months the TV went bad, due to our relationship I told her to send it back that I was gonna rectify it with zero cost......... After which I did, I sent it back (but before then she already went on my thread to write some unnecessary and negative post which she later modified..... That was how I sensed this lady being impatient and troublesome)

Fast forward to the day the TV had another issue, I told them since you're conversant with the conductor that gives you the TV whenever I send it to your location......that the TV should be handed over to him so he can bring it down to my location

IN between then...... The driver stopped picking her calls and that of her mom (according to driver when I asked him, his complains was they call him like 7 times a day after him explaining that he's still with the TV and that the motor got spoilt)

Boom, she started with her conclusions all over my thread that I connived with the driver to steal her TV, that I'm a scammer and all that

I was trying to pet this lady by giving her all the detailed voice call recording I had with the conductor...... But she was adamant to that

Then few days later in between the heat, the driver called me and I sent the recorded call to her...... Next thing I knew was she writing "after the CID and other names I can't remember called me to threaten me that was when I brought out the TV

I was like TV of how much??

Plugged in the TV, lo behold the TV was in perfect order......... I sent all the pics to her

SO what's her reason for all these thing she posted

And now she's claiming she wants refund after tarnishing my image and defaming me of what I don't have a clue of....... Plus after using the TV for almost a year and

C'mon who does that??

FOR YOU MRS REPORTER

I scammed you and with all you wrote on my page........ Ppl still contacted me and I delivered their item to them

This shows your height of evil, you're bringing problem to yourself and your household but you clearly don't know

KEEP up with the defamation

Wonder if you've a job, with all these drama you put up everyday

Please check your WhatsApp sir.

I have gone through the evidence submitted by both parties and these are my observations.

1. The buyer is angry because the product does not serve her as expected

2. The seller could not force the driver to deliver the item since he's not the person that engaged in a business with him. However, he kept replying the buyers message and kept suggesting way out.

Overall, this is not a scam case. I think the buyer over acted by calling the seller a thief.

Nethertheless, I think the seller should not insist on apology before returning the TV or repair, sell and return the agreed amount.

It's natural for customer to get angry in this type of situation and I think you may act same if you are in her shoes. Remember customers are always right. As a seller, you should be patient even when your customer is angry. Who knows, both of you may engage in a bigger business in the future.

I appreciate your efforts on this

Even if I don't demand an apology, she' should kindly take of my Facebook page screenshot she posted and remove all the information she gave out while calling me a scammer on all threads

Then we will sort out whatever way she wants on WhatsApp ......... Obviously refund, cos I can't give her any TV again because she won't appreciate it

Once again I appreciate your judgement Tabbaz
