Let: number of #50 notes = y
Number of #100 notes = x.
Then
100x + 50y = 1550...eqn1
x+y= 22...eqn2
From eqn2, x = (22-y)...eqn3
Sub eqn3 to 1
100(22-y) + 50y= 1550
2200 -100y + 50y = 1550
50y = 650
y = 650/50 = 13pcs of #50
From eqn2, x + y = 22
x + 13 = 22
x = 22-13= 9pcs of #100

It is the same method you used for 2,3 and 5 you will also use

1) x - y = 10 ...... equa(1) x + 2/3y = 16....... equa (2) using elimination method substract equa (1) from (2) -5/3y =-6 y= -6 * 3/5 y= 18/5 substitute 18/5 for y in equa (1) x - 18/5 =10 5x - 18 = 50 5x = 50 + 18 5x = 68 x = 68/5 x = 68/5 or 13.6 and y = 18/5 or 3.6
2) 10x + 20y = 6370..... equal (1) x + y = 380 ....... equa (2) using elimination method multiply equa (2) by 10 10x. + 10y = 3800 .... equa (3) substract equa (2) from (3)
10y = 2570 y = 257 substitute 257 for y in equa 2 x + 257 = 380 x = 380 -257 x = 123
3). x + y = 28500 800x + 1250y = 28335000 equa 1 * 800 800x + 1250y = 22800000 equa 2 - 3 450y = 5535000 y = 5535000/ 450 y = 12300
from equa 1 , x + 12300 = 28500 x= 16200
4). 64 x + 44y = 430..... equa 1 x + y = 25...... equa 2 multiply equa 1 by 64 64x + 64 y = 1600..... equa 3 equa 1-3 -20y = -1170 y = 58.5 from equa 2 x + 58.5 = 25 x= -33.5
question 5 have been solved up there.
