How many years was given to ouk, Dariye and co. again?

Let alone, the thieves in and out of Government.
Hello bro, our justice system have heavy penalty for STEALING but not for money laundering (although I dont see the difference).
If you go to court and you are charged for stealing, my brother you in for a long stay. But if you stole and your prosecutors manage to charge you for money laundering instead of stealing, even though you laundered billions, your penalty will never be more than 10yrs inclusive of all the charges.

One steals and his name rings bell, they say bail Jim while another steals and his name is not in the hall of fame, they say jail him.

Im not surprise at all. If they can declared a miracle judgement by given a man in last position in Election the winning medal and he became the governor then I'm no longer in surprise.

Someone stole 2,000 and over 20 years in prison but politician scooping billions and are free bahhuh

When I said we have no supreme court people say why do I say so. There is no way a mallam that got trained via quota system can be useful that is just the truth.

Even the president via Quota sysrem became General in Army look at the result now he dont even understand millitary tactics, administraation and a complete null in millitary intelligence.

Hmmmm, someone that will steal billions will only spend few years in prison, but in this case, he only stole ₦2000 and spending 21 years in prison, that's unfair.

The guy's lawyer is a disappointment.

He should know that he might not have a second chance in case the case went against his client.

So, he should have included the reduction of sentence in his appeal. The guy would have gotten something from it.

Meanwhile, it's just that I believe all of us have a life line to repentance. Those guys can be wicked. Anybody who has the guts to rob with toy gun can rob with AK-47 if he finds one.

Crime doesn't pay. Hard work pays. I hope that one government will rise and review his case.

In case you didn't learn anything from this case, let me help you. It's not the poor or the rich. Not about how much is involved either. It is about the method employed. In this case, the use of the toy gun to the rob is the problem.

He robbed at gun point. Only him and his accomplices knew that it was a toy gun. And I guess that was the reason he even got 21 years. If it had been that they robbed the biker and his passenger of 2000 naira with the real gun, they would have been sentenced to death, on top 2k.

For those complaining about the judgment , remember you all contributed to it in your small ways like 1)not voting on election day _the whether I vote or no votes crew 2) placing too much emphasis on paper qualification (over night craming results

it will surprise you to know, they are still using 2000 naira as it was worth in 1970,
since it is impossible to amend nigerias constitution
stealing more than 500 nira is still worth more than 5 years in jail

irony is what is 1 billion naira worth in 1970,
that one was not considered too much of a crime,
only 1 billion naira, his mates are stealing trillions, let us leave him on house arrest
